There’s an easy trick to turn a plain Christmas tree into a twinkling masterpiece! Start by weaving the light strings from the bottom moving in and out going deep toward the trunk. Then, go out again toward the front of the tree. This will give the look of depth. If you really want to make a dazzling impact, strive for 200 lights per vertical foot (remember the Clark Griswald?). If you have some light strings with a few burned out bulbs, use them in the back of the tree. No one will be the wiser and your tree will look fuller.
