Tip of the Day: Chopped Uncooked Bacon Easily

If your recipe calls for chopped, uncooked bacon, don’t fret. Instead of struggling with this greasy, slippery, uncooked meat, wrap it in plastic wrap and pop it in the freezer for about a half an hour. This will cause the fat to harden and you’ll then be able to chop it easily.
