Tip of the Day: Trouble Sleeping? Wash Pillowcases in Beer

If you toss and turn all night long you might want to try washing your pillowcases with an addition of 3-5 tablespoons of beer during your regular wash. The hops in the beer have natural sedative properties and the light aroma left behind can help you fall asleep. (If you need a more powerful result use India pale ale which contains more hops)
