Tip of the Day: Make Shift Baking Cooling Rack

If you’ve just baked a batch of cookies, but don’t have a cooling rack to place them on, grab a few metal butter knives! Place these in a rectangle (like the shape of your pan) then place the hot pan on top. The cool air will circulate underneath and your cookies or other baked goods will cool evenly.
