Tip of the Day: Upside Down Tomatoes Stay Fresh Longer!

If you keep tomatoes upside down on your countertop they will be more juicy and stay fresh longer! Stem-side down tomatoes prevents the moisture from draining out and oxygen from getting inside the tomato thus inhibiting mold growth.
