It’s iced tea and iced coffee time! Maybe even lemonade, however, over time your carafe or pitcher looks stained or discolored. It’s definitely not company-ready. A quick remedy for this is to pour 4 tablespoons of salt into the vessel. Add about a dozen ice cubes and shake (gently if made of glass!) for a few minutes. Dump the contents and wash. The combination of the abrasive salt and ice cubes will have scrubbed away all the stains, even tea. Now fill and enjoy a refreshing drink with your guests.
