Tip of the Day: Grill the BEST Chicken Breasts!

Summer is here (OK, in a few days!) and that means the grill will be ready to go. Here’s a tip from Martha Stewart to ensure your grilled chicken breasts are well-cooked, as well as juicy and tender: wrap 4 bricks in aluminum foil. Cover each breast with one of these. The weight will flatten the meat so it cooks evenly plus they will distribute the heat to allow the skin to get crispy and golden. Yum!
