Good Deal: Rid Musty Book Smell

If you find a book hidden in your basement or attic and want to read it, but the musty smell turns you off, place a used dryer sheet between the pages in the middle of the book. Close the book and let it sit for 24 hours. The porous fibers in the dryer sheet will absorb the moisture in the book leaving a pleasant scent.
