Tip of the Day: Soak Up Oil Spills with Oatmeal

When you spill cooking oil it can be dangerous as well as messy! The easiest way to clean this up and make the area safe is by generously sprinkling oatmeal over the entire area. Let this sit for about 5 minutes then sweep up. The absorbent oatmeal will soak up the slippery spill and you can resume your cooking.
