No matter how many times you dust your laptop or tablet screen it always has a layer of dust on it. Grab a dryer sheet instead of a cloth. Gently wipe down the screen (it is usually best to have equipment turned off while doing this). The static electricity that is causing the dust to cling will be removed by the anti-static properties in the dryer sheet. This works on TVs too.
