Good Deal: Healthier Microwave Popcorn
Most of us love the taste and ease of microwave popcorn. However, it can be loaded with butter and salt which isn’t the healthiest alternative for a snack. You can still enjoy these pops of corn without all the additives by making your own. Add a cup of raw popcorn kernels to a brown, paper sandwich bag. Fold the end and then put in your microwave oven. All microwaves are different, so heat for 1 minute and WATCH, then add minutes or seconds accordingly until you hear the popping stop. This healthier version also saves you money compared to the store-bought ones.
