Tip of the Day: Don’t Stay in the Car Tracks on Snowy Roads!

Contrary to the popular TV commercial, experts advise that you shouldn’t stay in the tracks of the car in front of you when you are on snowy and icy roads. The reasoning is that compressed snow will tend to ice up faster than freshly fallen snow meaning your tires will grip better in the fresh, untouched snow. Be safe!
