Tip of the Day: Natural Home Remedy for Athlete’s Foot

Any time your feet get sweaty, even in winter with those heavy socks we wear, it can lead to athlete’s foot. If it happens to you, a natural, drug-free treatment to rid this fungus is to add 2 teaspoons of cinnamon (the spice) into 2 liters of warm water that’s in a basin and soak for about 20 minutes. Repeat once a day until symptoms disappear.
