All that residue that builds up in your coffee pot from daily use can be hard to remove. Save time and muscle by dropping, carefully,  a handful of pennies and 2 tablespoons of white vinegar into the pot. Swirl around repeatedly. Dump the pennies and vinegar. Rinse with boiling water and your good to make that delicious cup of Joe! This works because the acetic vinegar dissolves residue while the coins scrape it away.
