After your Thanksgiving feast, you should refrigerate or freeze any leftover turkey within 2 hours that it left the oven. To keep these leftovers the freshest, carve all the meat from the bone and wrap separately from the bones if you are planning to use them for turkey stock. Cooked turkey lasts 4 days in the refrigerator and 4 months if frozen.
