If your feet sweat from being confined in shoes and boots this can result in foot fungus and athlete’s foot. A natural way to treat this is with plain yogurt. Apply a thin layer to the affected areas. Let dry, then rinse off with warm water and pat dry. Repeat this twice a day until the itchiness and redness is gone. The active bacteria in the yogurt will fight off the fungal infection.
