If you have ever tried to chop chocolate you know it can be a messy task. Shards of chocolate fly all over. If you slightly warm the chocolate in your microwave, just until the sides begin to melt. (Less than a minute, depending on the size of the piece). Now the softened chocolate will stay intact so it won’t break into tiny pieces when you make that delicious recipe.
