Tip of the Day: Clothes Dryer Kills Ticks

If you spend time outdoors, especially in a wooded area, it is a good idea to throw ALL your clothing in the clothes dryer for at least 5-10 minutes upon your return home. This heat will kill any ticks that have landed on your clothing before they can attach to your body. Always inspect you body too!
