On these hot, steamy days of summer mascara tends to clump. Don’t toss it! Instead add a few drops of saline solution to the tube and then, while it’s sealed, roll between your hands to mix. Don’t shake because you will create air bubbles that will dry out the mascara. The chlorine in the saline solution will dissolve clumps but not break down the mascara so you won’t incur any running or smudging.
