After the holidays, plus normal everyday wear and tear, your baking pans can be greasy  and grimy. Before you think about replacing them, lay a dryer sheet in the pan. Place the pan in the sink. Fill with warm water and soak overnight. The detergents and oil compounds in the dryer sheets will loosen the grime so you can easily scrub away any telltale stains.
