Tip of the Day: Clean Cast-Iron Pots & Pans
You love cooking with cast-iron, but hate the clean up! The easiest way is to toss about 2 tablespoons of uncooked oatmeal in your vessel and rub with a dish rag. The oatmeal is a gentle abrasive plus it will absorb grease and scour away small food particles without losing the pan’s seasoning.
